The Show Company thrilled Hobart with the Tasmanian premiere production of MAMMA MIA!, weaving the hugely popular music of Benny Andersson and Björn Ulvaeus around the story of young bride-to-be Sophie who, on the eve of her wedding, brings three men from her mother’s past back to the island they last visited 20 years ago to discover the identity of her father. Featuring 22 of the songs that brought ABBA international stardom, MAMMA MIA! had audiences leaping to their feet to sing and dance along to Mamma Mia, Dancing Queen and Waterloo in the spectacular finale.
